eXTReMe Tracker Freecards

About 15 years ago, I get hold of freecards (also known as rack-cards) for the first time. Since then I've been a great fan...
In the beginning, I only got hold of cards from one publisher. This one - called Edgar - was the first one, who managed to be present (in the major cities) all over germany. During the following years, a lot of other publishers followed this example and started to spread out over the country... I kept on walking through cinemas, cafes, restaurants and pubs and collected all cards I could get. (record stores, gyms, fashion stores and other outlets aren't very common here in germany). People always smiled at me when I mentioned my hobby, but when I got access to the internet I realised I was not the only one...
After a while, I found the homepage of Edgar with a list of all ever published Edgar cards. (this service is not longer available!) I started to make lists of these cards for myself, but I thought these lists could be useful for other collectors, too, so I decided to publish them. And then, more than six years ago, I got the first mails from collectors from other countries... There are thousands of collectors worldwide sharing my hobby, and a lot of websites, too...
If you're a collector, why not share our hobby and swap some cards ?
I'm interested in all kind of cards, especially those about fashion (H&M, Benetton, Calvin Klein...), lingerie, movies, cars, TV, music, drinks (alcoholics, softdrinks and especially beer...), cigarettes, sports, comics & cartoons, and ads for German brands (e.g. Mercedes, Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, Becks, Adidas, Siemens...) - but every card is welcome!
If you are interested in trading, just drop me a little note via e-Mail (wolf-lustig@web.de). I've got thousands of different cards to trade, most of them published by "Edgar" or "City-Cards"... (I prefer to send packages with about 300 cards - that's the most effective way here in Germany - but any number of cards is possible...)

I made a "checklist" (with pictures) of all ever published cards from the german publisher "Edgar", my so called archive. (By the way, I do NOT have all of these cards, but I'm working on it...)
This list is in German language only, but I think the pictures are more important than the text, just a short explanation: Almost all of the Edgar Cards are numbered, and there are some special series (for example sport-cards, called SC). There's a picture of each card with the number, the title and the customer (or the artist) of this card. "Karte ist (noch) nicht erschienen" means Card is not (yet) published, and "Leider keine Abbildung vorhanden" means that I do not have a picture of this special card...

Greetings from Dortmund, Germany

Wolfgang
